What They Can't See

You know what's the worst thing in the world?

When people cannot see the efforts you put,

For you to feel better,

And the way you still keep pushing yourself day after day after day.

When they can't hear the chants you keep chanting in your head,

Everything always works out for me,

And they only see how you've been failing tremendously.

When they cannot see how tough everything is,

Even confessing about it,

And they say how simple the solution is.

Maybe that's why you don't confess,

But anyway it is quite evident to some,

All that you're feeling,

Yet not knowing everything that you're doing,

And not giving up even when you want to.
