Unbelonging

The memories still lurk around the corners,

The laughter still echos in the lobby,

But the belonging doesn’t exist.

The moments which are ceased in the history,

Demand to be recollected,

But the belonging doesn’t exist.

Sitting there again,

Amongst the cheer and euphoria,

Belonging doesn’t exist.
