To Be Noticed

All I ever wanted was,

Someone to ask something about me,

And when someone actually asked,

Me of my preferences,

I didn't know what to say,

What to say when their eyes,

Waited for my answer,

Like they really wanted to know me,

And I haven't been noticed in a long time,

And honestly, it felt good.
