The Point
Sometimes I think what’s the point of writing,
When it is not going to be read by the one for whom it’s written,
What is the point of the metaphors,
When they’re not going to be understood,
What is the point of missing,
When someone doesn’t even know that he’s missed.
Only if it was easy not to write,
Only if I could not use metaphors,
Only if I could forget you,
Only if that was the point.
