So Tired

Confession:

I'm tired of being that person,

Who takes care of everyone and everything,

For once,

I need to be taken care of,

I want to be pampered,

And I just want to feel stress-free.

I'm tired,

Of checking up on things and people,

Who often take these efforts for granted,

And some are just so ignorant of the actions,

That makes me question my kindness and compassion,

And remember,

I want to be the kindest person you ever met,

But I'm exhausted,

And my cup is empty,

I think it has a hole in it,

That keeps draining me out,

So, yeah,

Confession done.
