Soul Connections

He saw me,

As if he's meeting a long lost friend,

Once again,

When he never thought he would see me again.

And I looked at him,

Dumbfounded,

Probably not recognising him from the past.

There was definitely something though,

A magical connection beyond time,

That brought us together again,

In that moment,

For a brief moment,

Seeing and smiling each other,

Just for some moments magical.
