Show Up Strength

They say showing up everyday is a sign of strength,

Somehow, I am strong that way then.

But what they don't say is,

You'll have to see everything slowly falling apart,

While you try to figure out how to fix things.

So, as I show up to see things fall apart,

I am burning out every little strength I have,

One day at a time.

P. S.: I wish I had better things to write today. In fact, I do. So many good things but somehow they don't make any sense in this moment. I hope I ended the poem on a good note, but I'll show up tomorrow and write some better words your way.
