I've to admit,

I take a lot of screenshots.

I have to admit,

I take a lot of screenshots.

And since we are confessing,

I should also add that,

I have so many of our conversations captured,

Not to share with my girls,

But just to freeze the moment,

When you said something unexpected,

Like "I thought of you"

And then followed up with a story,

That brought a genuine smile to my face.

I don't know what I'm going to do with all the screenshots,

They are surely taking space on my cloud storage,

More space than they should,

When you have given me such a small space in your life.

So, when the space between us grows,

When I'm reading our conversations at 11 in the morning,

I know it's time to delete,

Something that no longer holds value,

So, I've to admit it takes time,

I take a lot of screenshots, you see.
