Rhyme & More
What he couldn’t say,
His eyes did,
Even if they seemed unsure,
For her they were candid.
What was the point anyway,
To do what they did,
Even if the world seemed unsure,
For each other they were solid.
What she couldn’t say,
Her poems did,
Even if she wasn’t sure,
For him they were somehow valid.
