Universe has the best way to snap you out of your daydreams,

By just, one, simple,

Reality check.

It will make you a part of its posse,

And just when you’re comfortable,

It’ll shock you with a reality,

Which was always in front of you,

But you chose not to see it,

Maybe because you didn’t believe it,

Or just because you didn’t want to believe it.

But, that, one, simple,

Reality check,

Is like a checkmate,

By the universe,

Crushing all your daydreams.
