Raised Standards Of Romance

All the books, movies,

Shayaris and ghazals,

Have raised my standard of romance,

So high that,

Anything which lacks a tinge of it,

Compells me to run away,

And hide myself from the reality,

Maybe I shouldn't have read those books,

Seen those movies,

Heard those poems, shayaris and ghazals,

But they weren't entirely fictional, were they?

And I, too, did write some of the them, didn't I?
