Not Metaphorical
Not to be metaphorical,
But it's like a cactus hugging you constantly,
Digging it's sharp throns in your soft skin and further inside, deeper, straight to your soul.
Or like a snake wrapping it's slippery body around your petite frame,
Wrapping you tighter with every passing second,
Like a friend who hugs you when you meet after a long time.
Or like a bar of dumbbells,
Crushing you with its constantly increasing weight,
Making it too difficult to breathe.
Not to be metaphorical,
But that's how I always feel.
It is evident in your words that the suffocating weight of emotions and experiences is very real to you.
