No Full Moon

Today is the first super full moon of the year,

That isn't visible from where I am right now,

The sky is overwhelmed with clouds,

And maybe it's not a canon event,

But it expands my list of things that are missing from life,

After my sanity, peace, a friend, someone else, something else.

Maybe I'll see it,

In a while or so,

When the sky clears up,

And the moon makes its way,

To my window,

Maybe I'll deserve that sight,

Like someone had said to me one night.
