My Kinda Party

I like the fact that,

Someone in this big world,

Thinks of inviting me to a party,

With strangers who know each other,

But not me,

Enjoying things I would do protests for,

And indulging in the moment,

Without overthinking a single thing,

While I would have sleepless nights,

Just to entertain the idea of actually attending it,

Not because I'm awkward with strangers, But because,

All I want to do is,

Wear crochet tops and flowy pants,

And go on long walks on the beach,

Where half of the time we're walking,

In the cool, salty, sandy water,

While staring at the sunset,

And half of the time,

We're making castles out of sand.
