Mischief
You’d just woken up from sleep,
Your hair sticking out in all directions,
Your lips dry;
Until you notice me,
Staring at them,
And a smile creeps up your face,
And you start laughing huskily.
Your arms reaches out to tickle me,
And I swat it before you’re successful,
You, open your light hued eyes,
To show absolute mischief,
Hiding behind the innocence they hold,
Then, quicker than a moment,
You pin me down,
Arresting me with one hand,
Winning over me with the other.
