Mind Gambling

My eyes keep asking me for extra sleep,

But this mind doesn't shut off his thoughts so easily,

So even if the weight of dreams are borne on my soft eye lids,

The reality of them seem far away,

For the mind is still playing games,

With confidence and determination all at once,

And gambling my life and dreams like it's nothing.
