Hit Pause

I want to hit the pause button,

On this world,

And stop everything momentarily.

Take a few deep breaths,

Analyse a few things,

Compartmentalize my thoughts,

Make plans of action,

A long to-do list,

And take a swim in the ocean,

Watch the sunset at my favourite place,

Then we can start again,

But a little slower than now,

In a lot less complicated way than now.

Pause please.
