Half-Interested Conversations

Amongst conversations that never happened,

I wish I could avoid this one with you,

Where I'm half-interested,

And so are you.

Making me realise,

How everything feels wrong,

On this day with our words few,

Where I wish we didn't have the conversation,

And avoided the silence too.
