Habits.
Remember in school where we were taught about good habits and bad? How long it has been since we learnt them? But, we do remember all of them right? Maybe not on the tip of our tongue but subconsciously, yes.
From then on, we must have made some more habits which could be good or bad depending on our lifestyle or thinking.
For a habit to become a habit, we need to continue to do it for a long, long time.We do some things in a particular way without even realizing that we are doing it that way. Say for example, the way we brush our teeth. While brushing our teeth, we all are almost half asleep or not waken up completely. But, still we perform the task without any difficulty because it has become our habit since childhood.
Hence, when we notice a bad habit or want to change some of our habit we find it difficult because it takes a lot of focus, willingness, perseverance and patience to get rid of the habit. It is said that it takes 21 days to get rid of a habit if you are totally striving to get rid of it.
Sometimes, somethings cannot be changed no matter what because the habit is too deeply attached with you since childhood and you are emotionally connected with it as well.
