Get Into It

While looking for ideas for today's blog, I just ame across this post on Pinterest,

"Sometimes I don't feel like writing because everything is connected and I can't get into that right now"

And if I adhered to this approach, I would have never written a single poem until now.

Everything is so connected,

And I have to write about it,

Because if I don't,

It would as well be my imagination,

And writing about it,

Makes it real.

Sometimes more real than it already was.

But, yeah,

Most of the days,

I don't want to get into that either,

But I do,

And whenever I do,

I come out of it,

Learning a thing about myself or two,

Or just a good/bad poem.

Most days,

It's worth it.
