Courageous Confessions

It takes a lot of courage to admit your vulnerabilities in front of someone. I believe, the toughest part is not the confession itself. They are those moments before you say it out loud when you are weighing the pros and cons of the confession to the person in front of you. Because once you let out your truest feelings, there is no going back. From you to submitting a part of yourself and for them to believe in this hidden version of you. The silent moments that follow then bring relief and comfort as you surprise yourself with the confession and them understanding why you did what you did and why it is not as bad as you think it is.

It takes a lot of courage and I'm trying to be courageous lately.
