The big emotions are back today,

Bringing back unhealed situations,

With the same old coping mechanisms,

But this time I know,

What is happening,

Making me feel both good and bad,

The way things are healing,

And the way things started getting messy,

Slowly and without a warning,

Until every pattern needs to be broken,

To form new ones.
