Apogee and Perigee

Even if you are some six and a half thousand kilometers away, you seem close today.

As if you are the moon in it’s position of perigee and I’m the earth; with the only difference being the waves of the memories seem a little less powerful as compared astronomically.

Minutes later, you are in the position of apogee; further than even the numeric distance between us. Again, having a lot more power on the waves of memories irrespective of the astronomy we all believe.

The moon does change it’s phases while rotating and revolving around the earth, but surely it doesn’t change so quickly.

The gravity is almost non-existent, neither pulling me towards you nor pushing you towards me creating a situation where we are lost in a black hole of known places, shared smiles and awkwardness of introverts on various levels.
