I've learnt quite the lesson in the last two days,

About detachment,

In a new, different way.

You know how the universe is,

Building my character arc,

With new life lessons,

Designed specially for me,

In ways I cannot imagine.

So, yeah,

Everything is temporary,

Nothing is permanent,

Whatever comes in your life,

Can be taken away without a warning,

Don't hold on too tightly,

That holding on starts hurting more than letting go.

Eventually, it is exactly that,

Isn't it?

Letting go hurts so much,

Because we are holding on too tightly.
