A Thought For Self Care

If your ego comes in the way,

Helps you raise your voice,

Speak to me in words not so nice,

Then I would rather not listen to you.

I will isolate, withdraw and remove myself,

From all places and people,

Who chose to disrespect me,

And I give no one permission,

To speak to me rudely.
