4 am moments with the moon,

With no one awake,

And silence all around,

Is as lonely as,

4 pm moments with the sun,

With everyone around,

And chattering something.

I like the 4 am version though,

Because I know,

Even if it's a little difficult,

I will somehow fall asleep,

And block every noise in my mind,

For a little longer.

But, the 4 pm version,

Will suffer,

The noises and the overthinking,

For a lot longer,

Even after midnight.
